About Us

 

Our business is a small, but very successful entity with a proven track record of more than 10 years. We exist solely to provide administrative-, maintenance- and financial services to registered Sectional Title Schemes and Home Owners’ Associations.

We are remunerated for these services by means of a monthly service fee contracted with, and determined in consultation with our clients. Finances of client entities are managed in partnership with Trustees and Chairpersons (of the legal entities) and not by means of Trust funds. This model ensures minimal risk to the business and clients alike.

We currently administer more than 50 entities, mostly in the Mossel Bay and George area, as well as some in Stilbaai and other smaller towns. We are privileged to have a very loyal client base.

As core services;

· We ensure that legal requirements with regards to constitutions, maintenance, fiduciary matters, compulsory meetings and house rules are met.

· We facilitate general and special meetings and advise Trustees and Chairpersons on matters pertaining to the effective management of the Scheme or Association.

· We manage projects according to the mandates received from Trustees or Chairpersons.

· We keep a complete set of books for every entity, administer the dispatch of monthly statements to owners, keep track of disbursements and manage collections of arrears. All these activities are audited annually.

We do not operate in the rentals or property sales market. This is deliberate and with good reason, as these activities  bring about a whole new set of regulatory complications, unsuited to the focused and personalised nature of our business.
